If your baggage is delayed or misplaced while flying with Zipair into or out of Los Angeles (LAX), take the following steps immediately.
Zip Air USA is an independent support provider for U.S. travelers.
Visit the Zipair baggage desk or handling partner at LAX and provide your baggage tag number, boarding pass, and contact details to receive a PIR reference.
Use the PIR reference when contacting support. It identifies bag location, transit status, and delivery ETA.
Once located, you can request delivery to your hotel or home address.
If your bag remains missing beyond the standard window, a support agent can escalate your case and advise on compensation steps. Call 1-866-884-3459.
File a PIR report at the baggage desk and track status using the PIR reference number.
